St. Andrews – Sunbury Shores Arts and Nature Centre | 139 Water Street

Sunbury Shores is looking to expand its volunteer base to include anyone who may want to help by dedicating time and energy to specific events or needs of the organization. Sunbury Shores has traditionally had a strong volunteer base and we want to build that again. To this end St Andrews resident Sharon McGladdery has agreed to dedicate some of her time to work as Volunteer Coordinator. Some events, programs and tasks for which help is being sought include concert series, exhibits and gallery, Fundraising, Two Meadows Nature Trail, Centennial House (building and grounds on Water Street), technology and new programming.

The Tara Manor Inn will open their saltwater swimming pool to the public. The hours for public use will be from 11 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday. Please note that the pool is NOT lifeguarded or supervised. Public swim passes for the 2014 season will cost $45/month for an individual, $100/month for a family (maximum 5 family members) As a “perk” of Spindrifter membership, however, the monthly swim passes will be reduced to $40/for an individual and $80/for a family pass. This is a 20% saving! You must show your membership card when you purchase the pass. Drop-in rates for your guests to use the pool will be $5 a day.
